In the upper end / luxury price segment of the Ellerslie Edmonton real estate market, the highest price that a home sold for last year was $1,030,000.  That particular home sale was one of the acreage parcels with a 1950's home built on it.  So far in 2015 in Ellerslie, the highest sale price has been $487,500.   Looking at the lower end / entry level price point in the neighbourhood, the most affordable single family home in Ellerslie Edmonton sold for $318,000 last year.    In 2014,  it took 34 days on average to sell a home in Ellerslie Edmonton, and so far in 2015 the average days on market has been very fast at 11 days.  For comparison, the Edmonton average days on market last year was faster at 41 days.  Since 2009, real estate property values in Ellerslie Edmonton have appreciated by 12.5%. 

In the duplex / attached rowhouse market in Ellerslie Edmonton, the average sold price last year was $317,938 and on average it took 45 days to sell a duplex in Ellerslie in 2014.
